Learn how to make egg rolls and more at a Chinese Cooking class presented by Ming Louie.  Participants will learn the basic techniques of Chinese cooking and etiquette.  They will also be able to sample the food and roll their own egg roll.  The class will be held at the Perry Branch on January 17th at 6:00pm.  Space is limited and preregistration is required.  Please call 517-625-3166 to make a reservation.
