Michigan Author Denise Brennan-Nelson
CDL was excited to be one of the stops on the 2012 Michigan Reads! author tour. Michigan author Denise Brennan-Nelson was on hand to read her book, “Buzzy the Bumblebee”, as well as the current Michigan Reads! book, “Moose on the Loose” by Kathy-jo Wargin.
The reading and book signing was held on September 8th at the Perry City Hall. Those in attendance got to meet Brennan-Nelson and learned about book illustrations too.

CDL is pleased to announce the winners of the 2012 Own the Night summer writing contest. The young authors were each awarded a certificate and a $25 gift card.
