Stories ~ Come to the library for stories, an activity, and a snack! Storytime is geared toward children 0-4 years old, however children of all ages are welcome to attend with their caregiver!

Please pre-register.

The Drop-in-Crafting Club is for any adult who has an interest in crafting.

Drop-in between 1pm and 4pm on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month.

Bring your own project and have fun with other adults who enjoy crafting. 

America250 ~ Today, we can go to the store if we need butter. But in the early days of the United States, people had to make their butter by hand. Learn how to make butter with just cream and a mason jar!

Stories ~ Kids are invited to ROAR into a story on Fridays during the Summer! The fun begins with listening to stories, followed by an activity or craft, and ending by a snack!

America250 ~ Celebrate the 250th Anniversary of America by making an American Stuffed Animal.

STEM/Art ~ Design and create your own dinosaur-themed diorama! You’ll learn about dinosaur habitats, sketch a design plan, then build a dino-rama to keep.

This event is appropriate for ages 4-12.

Art ~ Calling all young artists and dinosaur lovers! Kids ages 5 and up will get to paint their very own dinosaur figurine.

Registration is recommended to receive weather related cancelation notices.  

This adult book club will meet monthly on the second Tuesday.

America250/Stories ~ Kids are invited to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States with a keepsake stuffed animal! Each child will receive a mystery animal to fill with fluff and love!

Stem ~ Join the adventure where kids dance through bubbles to uncover dinosaurs of all sizes! There will be bubble tricks and dino science.

Food ~ A variety of sweet and salty snacks are specially brought in from a different country every month.

America250/Art ~ Have you ever wanted to wear a tricorn hat? Make your own cornhusk doll? Wondered what in the world a whirligig or bilboquet is?

This is a student-run club to talk all things gaming! Participants are encouraged to bring their own hand held devices, however the library can provide access to tablets if needed. *Snack provided*

Join us on the third Wednesday of the month, February through October, for conversation and Journal crafting. Some items will be provided, such as a starter journal composition book, washi tape, stickers, papers, and other items.

Join us at the Veterans Park, 203 W. Polly St. for Joel Tacey's Magic Show. Big laughs and Big fun for everyone! This interactive entertainment magic show will be enjoyed by all ages.  

If you've ever written poetry, a short story, a resume, a journal entry or even a long text message, you're a writer! As a writer, you're invited to join the Community District Writer's Club.

Stories ~ Jenifer Strauss will be giving a very interactive program about gardening, growing things that are green and all the helpers that are in the garden. Each patron will go home with their own Bean Groot!

Art ~ Kids and teens are invited to Unearth a Story and create their own dinosaur figure out of clay.
