Please note this event will take place in the Community Center at McCurdy Park.
Families are invited to experience the thrill of stepping inside a life-size, inflatable humpback whale named “Chunk” and embark on an immersive educational journey like no other.
Chunk brings the ocean to life with hands-on learning and inspiration about marine mammals and environmental conservation, providing a unique and unforgettable adventure.
Please register each family member attending. Small groups will enter the whale during each half hour period. Please register for 6pm, or 6:30pm.
Jessica Woodend, founder of "Within the hale," is a Wildlife Educator and Conservation Advocate with a degree in Natural Resource Management. To learn more about the whale experience click here.
