Program Description

Event Details

Join us in the green space behind the Morrice Library to view the total solar eclipse!  The eclipse is estimated to begin at 1:58pm in our area and conclude at 4:27pm.  Maximum coverage will be viewable at approximately 3:14pm.  We will have crafts and snacks available.  Please bring yard chairs or a blanket to sit on.  A limited number of eclipse viewing glasses will be made available at the library, so registration is recommended.   All participants in attendance should register to ensure materials can be accurately provided.

Note: The ability to see the eclipse will be dependent on the weather.  In the event that the weather is not cooperating and the eclipse is not viewable, crafts and snacks will be available inside the library.  Space inside the library is very limited, so it can become crowded quickly, so crafts will be available for grab and go convenience.
