Program Description
Event Details
Join us as we celebrate Day of the Dead by making Migajón figures. Migajón (pronounced “mee-gah-hone") is a clay made of white bread and glue. Patrons will learn about the history of Day of the Dead and this traditional craft before making their own Migajón. Patrons will have the option to take their figures home to finish or come back to the library November 2nd at 3:30pm to pick up their baked figures and paint them. This craft is open to everyone who likes to get a little messy!
