Kids are invited to join in the fun of an artful adventure on Fridays during the summer. Adventurers will listen to stories; create a colorful art project; and enjoy a snack!

Pre-registration is required.

ART ~ Flower Pounding  - Using natural dyes from flowers and leaves, decorate an item of clothing. This program is for children 5 years and older. 

The Saturday Stories Club is for 9 to 12-year-olds.

STORIES ~ Travel the World with Storyteller, Jen Strauss this Summer as we meet the Singing Snake; free stories from a Golden Box; dance with Pete the Cat and his New Shoes and then; Sing & Paint a Rainbow!

ART ~ Secret messages meet creative coding!

ART ~ Teens and adults are invited to create a mug or bowl using air dry clay during this two-session event.

The Lennon branch welcomes adults to color outside the lines each Wednesday.

We will meet every Tuesday at 2:30pm.

ART ~ Explore the Arts like never before! Discover the geometric shapes and lines behind the artwork of Mondrian. Twist, blend, and twirl different paint media to create marbling and color-mixing masterpieces.

Please stop into the library to view the featured cookbook and copy the recipe to take home. Then make your recipe and bring it to the book club meeting to share.

STEM ~ Put your artwork in motion while designing and building a kinetic sculpture. Build simple mechanical cranks, cams, and linkages out of cardboard and use them to make your sculpture move.

The monthly Board of Trustees meeting is open to the public and held at the Corunna Branch. Attendees should enter through the administration door located on the Corunna Avenue side of the building.

The Drop-in-Crafting Club is for any adult who has an interest in crafting.

Drop-in between 12 Noon and 4:30 PM

Bring your own project and have fun with other adults who enjoy crafting. 

ART ~ Tweens and teens are invited to learn how to weave a bookmark using a cardboard loom.

Pre-registration is required. This is appropriate for ages 8 and up.

ART ~ Children 8 and older will create a vision board titled "My Big Colorful Life", by using pictures and age - appropriate single - word affirmations for inspiration.
