Join the Owosso Culinary Arts sous chefs as share cooking information and demonstrate how to prepare special dishes.
This month they are doing desserts that are traditional for the Chinese New Year.
They will share about an assortment of Traditional Desserts, such as Nian Gao. There will be taste testing and recipes available.
